One of the bittersweet parts of campus ministry are the regular goodbyes....we're extra grateful when we get students a full 4 years, but the goodbyes are hard whether we've had 2 or 4 years with students. This May we're celebrating these young men and women who are moving on to work as teachers and nurses and financial planners and other professions to be determined. We're cheering them on and sending these disciple-makers to into "all the world"!
Rez Week is a CSF tradition of giving special attention to the week leading up to Easter as an opportunity to point the university community to Jesus and his gift to us on the cross. Prayer, service, testimonies, and outreach events are all intentional crafted to raise curiosity and open up conversations about Jesus and the meaning of Easter. Join us in praying for the campus during this week!
We hope you're making plans to come to the 29th Annual Banquet!! This is for alumni, church partners, friends, parents and students to gather and celebrate all that God is doing through CSF! The evening is free, but a reservation is required by following this link.
This year we have a fundraising goal of $29,000 that will push us towards the mission of helping college students find their way back to God! Don't miss this opportunity to hear stories, celebrate, and partner with what God is doing on campus!
All of the outreach events, discipleship meetings, coffee dates, games...all of it is for the purpose of helping students find their way back to God and become disciples. Baptism is the first step on that journey. Anthony had a background in the church, and when he started getting involved in CSF this year, knew it was time to take the next step in his faith.
This Sunday, Anthony was baptized, surrounded by family, friends, and members of his small group. These are the moments that matter!
We've met SO many new students over the past couple of weeks and can't wait to see what God has in store for us this semester!
Find your people.
Read God's Word.
We know these are some of the things college students need MOST as the new semester begins. Below are the groups starting up this week, and we have several others popping up on and off-campus in the next few weeks! Get connected with a small group here!
9 students finished their final exams and packed up in a van to spend a few days serving at FAME Medical Evangelism Partners. Our team helped pack and organize a warehouse filled with medical supplies, preparing them to be shipped all over the world to the places needed most.
